Antique Antics

Antique Antics is an exciting and unique activity for AWBS members who are not only enthusiastic to learn about antiques but also about color andfun in their lives. England is the perfect country to discover the antique fairs, flea markets, antique centers, antique warehouses, auction houses, and well-known towns with pretty little antique shops. The most fascinating part of this activity is learning about antiques and collectibles as well as some of the mysterious stories behind almost every single piece. Whether youbuy or not, it just does not matter.  At the end of the day, you either have a story to tell your family or you just sit back and enjoy looking at your antique piece while trying to figure out who it belonged to many, many years ago. Or at least you have made a new friend at the end of each trip.

Our trips are organized every one or two months and take place on weekdays, usually during school hours. We travel by private coach, departing from Virginia Water train station. Our coach trips have always been comfortable, relaxing and fun. You can chat with a friend and watch the beautiful greenery along the countryside of England while having your drinks and snacks on the way. Also, another advantage is that the coach has some storage space for our purchases. We always try to get back in time to pick up our children from school.
