Pilates is a method of exercise that evenly conditions the body. It stretches and strengthens all the muscles giving the body a well-defined shape and targets the deep "core" muscles that are so important for good posture.
Pilates encourages you to know your body better than ever, as the deep structure of the body is strengthened through a series of increasingly complex movement sequences. You will feel stronger and healthier after only a few sessions.
Our instructor is Body Control Pilates(R) certified on mat as well as on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrel. She is one of the most experienced and enthusiastic Pilates practitioners in England. You will be physically challenged in her class using classical methods that encourage control and safety of your individual body.
