2013 Fayre Planning on Schedule

Locally based expat women from the American Women of Berkshire and Surrey are finalising plans up for their annual Holiday Craft and Gift Fayre, their largest annual fundraising event. It will be held for the third consecutive year at Ascot Racecourse on Friday, 8 November, 2013  from 10.00am to 3.00pm.

With free parking and around 95 stall holders, the Ascot event will offer stress free local shopping with the added benefit that all profits and 10% of sales will benefit local charitities.

Charities that benefitted from the 2012 Fayre are the Ascot Day Centre, ABC to read, the Bracknell Citizens Advice Bureau, Eikon and your Sanctuary. £15,000 (proceeds from the 2012 Fayre and other fundraising activities) will be distributed in May, 2013 to these charities.
