Remembrance Day - Armistice Day - Poppy Day - Veterans Day

The St. James Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution requests the pleasure of your company at Brookwood American Cemetery for a Veteran’s Day and Remembrance Sunday Service to honour those who serve and have served in the Armed Forces of the United States of America, and AWBS has the honor of co-hosting the reception afterwards with CAWC and AWS.

Bring your Boy Scouts & Girl Scouts! It is a unique, special event in lovely countryside and an historic cemetery. Representatives from the armed services and various diplomats will attend.

The AWBS President along with the Presidents of Chiltern American Women’s Club and the American Women of Surrey will lay a wreath. This year our FAWCO representatives will also share a wreath.

- Bring your Boys Scouts and Girl Scouts
- Purchase your poppies and wear them in remembrance.
- Visit this historic 19th c. cemetery, and American Battle Monuments site.
